Weekly mowing...monthly pricing??

Question, I have a customer that has a pretty good size yard and is wanting it mowed weekly and charged monthly. My thought as far as price was $75.00 a cut, so $300 a month, does that sound too high. If I was only mowing it once, my cost would still be $75.00 by my pricing! Thanks! Just trying to get better at pricing!

something is a little off,12 months x 4 cuts is only 48 weeks ,yet there is 52 weeks in a year ,.... other than that your quote sounds fine .

Thanks! Basically this is only for march-October, here in texas we don't do much of any mowing during nov,dec,jan,feb.

Its crazy to ask for help on a price quote without any dimensions or an idea of how much time it will take.

If your going to bill him monthly at $75 per cut it's very simple....Mow it on the same day every week and bill accordingly, some months are going to be different,

I've taken to billing all customers monthly. I keep track of all the dates of all cuts done in the past month, add the total amount and send the bill.

I include the date of every individual mowing so that I know the customer never feels like they may be paying for work not preformed.

So the price never changes because of "monthly pricing,billing whatever" but I DO however often offer a weekly mowing discount to help sell weekly service.
