wings and beer!!

Chicken wings on the grill, but off the fire so they cook just that little bit slower.

After the first flip I start basting them with hot sauce, with each flip thereafter I baste them with said hot sauce.

By the time they are done they are fall of the bone hot wings with a good grill flavor.

Damn! what doors album is worth $24K? I collect records (not the doors)and will have to keep an eye out for it. haha. Id by a ZTR an enclosed trailer with that loot, plus have plenty left over for whatever bbq'd food i want. lol
