Sorry Al..I don't like neither. Hers looks like it was done on Microsoft Paint..not too clean cut, yours is clean cut and nice but it screams construction company , I'd try to incorporate a landscape tool or tree , or something ....unless your trying to get any kind of work...but then your problem lies in your customers thinking your spread too thin.

Note that what you are showing is not a "logo".

A logo does not incorporate a phone number in the design.

If you're serious about your business, seek a professional, or even a semi-pro to assist with the design work. You are an "unknown" to potential clients. When you present yourself with a professional image, you already have the advantage over those who do not appear professional.
I can't tell you how many people called ME over someone else simply because of my presentation. (I always ask what made them call/choose "me")

No offense, but ever since the first bootleg copies of graphic design software got in the hands of non-graphic designers, everyone with a computer thinks they are a graphic designer.

I really, really need to figure out how to set up a Paypal account and start offering my design services. The problem now is that I'm too busy mowing to do design work.
Perhaps by fall/winter I can get things in order and start helping out in that way.



As for the designs shown, If you go with the "house", I fully agree with the suggestion of adding a tree to the design.

LMAO... It's sad, but true that this 'logo' is the coolest looking ever....

It's so much fun to make fun the of the Nazis... Sometimes I answer my phone with a German accent, especially when one of my Jewish clients calls. (He's a buddy and goes along with it). Good times.
