Think this is a good deal?

I am about to purchase my first commercial mower. New to the business and wanted to get some good advice. I want to make sure I get a really good deal. What are your thoughts? Thanks guys! 2008 Bunton walk behind commercial lawn mower, 15hp Kawasaki, Z control hydro model, 36inch cut, very low hours, just completely serviced, cuts very pretty, comes with Jungle Jims sulky, floating deck with adjustment, I am selling due to not using enough, this mower controls better on hills than a traditional belt model, commercial built to last forever, mower cost new at $6000 and will scarfice at $1800 !!!!
