TORO 8-32. MODEL 56145 riding mower repair questions

dont want to start. sounds like it does but dont. new air filter and spark plug and nothing. this is a dumb question but is there a fuel filter on these? if so where is it? and could that be the problem? and how can i drain the old gas out? thanks

yes it should have a fuel filter in line between the tank and carb, and from your post I have no clue what is wrong with the engine. It could be anything.

take the nut off the bottom of the bowl. The gas will drain. Will be messy but it will work.

oh for draining the gas just pull the line from the carb and stick it in a gas can, less mess for whats in the carb you just have to pull the carb bowl.
