I'm assuming most of these prices are per cut, not monthly? Are your clients 'weekly' or bi-weekly? How big are these lawns? / What would you price the average 2000 square foot ( OF LAWN ONLY ) property?

I have more problems with prices with small yards. You tell someone $30 for 10 mins of mowing and they start haggling or shutting doors.
