What could possibly happen if these inspectors aren't satisfied with what they find? not keeping up to date detailed records only leads to fines, possible license loss and a sure fire way to get on the inspectors list next year and the years following. the way they have it set up it just boils down to pain and anguish no matter what they get you for and the punishment is just seperate degrees of hell. fines definitly suck, losing your license will most definitly suck and getting audited every year sucks as well and the only way to avoid it is following the law and keeping a tight book on all your information. and always remember it is better to have too much information then not enough.

in my state they been cracking down on fert use due to the phosphoros due to it causing algae blooms in the lakes and ponds but since the oklahoma city bombing and the first world trade center bombing fert has been highly monitored in my state.
being fert and diesel fuel combined with a detonation device can make for a highly explosive home made bomb.
