You have to know your cost first and foremost (which everyone in this business should)...

It is 8 hours with 2 men so 16 total man hours is what I bid if for when I bid the job...but get it done in less time...around 6 hours with 2 men on the job for the fall clean up the last few years.

Then figure how much lawn you have total and that will get you close....

What I do for Pre-Pay is if they are residential, I charge for 15 plows minimum, because I am sure to get that many plows done any given season....
