      You did good my friend.

50 hours though... can he prove that? LOL

Well if it's correct, well done! Even if the tractor is crap, the fact he threw in the side bagger with the overall price was nice!

Its a ztr there is no dents or scratches it looks brand new the hour meter says 50.1
It has a Kawasaki 19 horsepower. I really don't need a 34 but I thought it was a good deal to flip and try and make alittle money. I was just making sure I didn't screw myself

I recently bought a new, floor model 24 hp Husqvarna 54" ZTR (homeowner model RZ5424) from Sears for $1990 that was MARKED DOWN from $3,600.

So yeah, I'm thinking that was a good price.

I think that was a homeowner unit as well, but I am not an exmark dealer so I could be wrong.

It says commercial right on the deck and in the owners manual. As I was going threw all of the paperwork he paid almost 7000.00 with the side bagger system. He paid extra for the bigger engine a 19 horse Kawasaki vs. The 17.

I don't see a "Phazer" in my Exmark catalog. I think it's a 2011 book though, so maybe that model is no longer offered.

Exmark for some crazy reason stop making them in 2010. The smallest ztr they make now is a 44 in the pioneer series. So I guess exmark was trying to help gravley and Dixie chopper out cause those are the only 2 companies that make a 34 ztr.(I think)

What I ment by that is I was thinking it had an ZT integrated drive system like the 2800 that would not hold up as well to 40 hour weeks of mowing. As for who makes a 36 a lot of companies do you just do not see many dealers stocking them as they are overpriced and unstable as they are not wide enough to really take on hills safely.

the phazer is comparible to the Quest H-series which is a homeowner machine but it will do the job on the small stuff.
being the grade machine it is the price was good because at it's full price they are little more costly then they are worth and they depreciate a lot so if you sold it you would probably get what you paid.
