Hi, I'm new in this business and I was wondering would charging $30 per yard and every 5th cut is free would be a good idea. Also I need a really eye catching flyer.

Hi, I'm new in this business and I was wondering would charging $30 per yard and every 5th cut is free would be a good idea.
If you shoot for $30 a yard and you could do 2 yard in an hour, you would be doing pretty good. About $60 an hour.

If you give the 5th one away for free, you are charging $24 a yard. I don't see too many lawn care business owners giving each 5th cut away for free. Maybe the 5th cut if the customer signs up for an annual lawn care contract.

As far as the flyers go, did you check out the free section here?
