  • Subcontracting

We are a small company that does most of our revenue in the winter. We are just getting more aggressive with spring and summer lawn maintenance. We got a call from a guy that wants a bid on concrete and sod for his whole house. We know how to do sod, but we don't have enough man power to do a whole house. So we where thinking of finding someone that can do the job and sub the job to them. I have heard this is complicated and time consuming. What do you think? We also don't want to do fertilization and were thinking about subing that out too. What do you think?

Is your goal to offer any of these services or possibly to be a general contractor that sub-contracts out all of the services you offer?
