  • Spring Clean Up Pricing

[B]I really need some suggestions for spring clean up pricing. I am new to the lawn care industry and at times it can be pretty frustrating. I have a potential customer who lives in the city of Rochester, New York. Her yard is not very big and it is fenced in. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi pinkbaglady,

    Welcome to our forum!

Can you tell us a little about it? What size yard? What kind of work would you be doing in your clean up and how long do you feel it would take you?

Figure out how much you need and should charge per hour based on your costs and what type of profit you want to make, and then move from there

The yard size is 80'x 100'.

The square footage of the lawn has very little to do with the price. What if you have 20 maple trees on the property? See what I mean. Sure, you can look at the size of the property, but you really need to look at the amount of leaves, thickness of them, whether they need to be hauled away, how easy is it to access all of the leaves, etc.
