  • Flyers Door to Door or Direct Mail

I am getting into residential snow services this year. I have gone door to door for my lawn fliers the past two years. Is direct/mass mailing a good way to go for my residential snow service fliers? Any one get good returns using direct/mass mail?

Direct mail allows you to reach out to more people with less time, but there is a cost to it.

From what we have seen here, direct mail may bring back a 1% response.

The first thing I would suggest is marketing to your current customer base first. They should be the easiest to get and then work on the neighborhood around them.

If you want to experiment with direct mail, try it out. You may also want to scan through the direct mail article section of my blog for some more ideas.
