      Non contract customers.

The main problem with non contract customers is they may or may not want their lawn mowed on a constant schedule. So it is harder to keep everyone lined up. Right now I am still a small business with a handfull of customers, but my fear is as I gain more that are non contract how in the world will I keep them orginized so I am not jumping around and back tracking. I have just gained a customer in a gated comunity. Nice oportunity to gain more work. Just getting a little nervious about scheduling.

You could download and try Gopher, it will keep your schedule for you. Or as you attract new customers that are weekly, dump the ones that aren't weekly.
