    Comments : how long will it take to recive my order? and whats the diffrents
    between the special 3-26 compared to the 2-20 ? can i change my order after i have placed it ?

    i was wondering what the different was between the two if there is no different then send out the 3 pack that i ordered the last time i was on your site i only saw the one kind so i just ordered then i saw there was the one below and i was just wondering whats the different

    Comments : hay man what gives i bought your halloween special and all i got was the holder there is nothing to attache to my windows your video shows that there should be a way to remove the holder and still have an attachment on the window but i did not recive the attachement part

    First off I want to apologize for the confusion.
    We sell 3 Different Styles of vehicle card Holders.
    The ones you ordered are the Aboxes and those ones do not have the removable bracket.
    The Grab A Card Square Clear are the ones with the Bracket, and they sell 3 for $36.75.
    I will be more than happy to exchange for you for no additional charge,
    But you will have to send those back to me. Thank you so Much!

    Aside from the buyer having horrible spelling and grammar issues, I don't know. I don't see you having made any mistake. From all my discussions with you, I tend to think that you are an honest business man attempting to simply do legit business. In fact, I recall you planned a new product but would not sell it since it was not of good quality. I am certain that if you were into false advertising (I think that is what they meant by "falus advertizment") you would have sold the items anyway and said they are the finest thing since sliced cheese.

    As I recall from your post, you offered a solution to him. Apparently that was not sufficient. As a business person themselves, they ought to understand that you offering to exchange is beyond reasonable. And again as a business person, they ought to know that it is their responsibility to understand their purchase before the purchase.

    I believe it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they understand what they are buying before they buy. That may require asking these questions BEFORE ordering. If there is any question, ask the seller (you) to email him photos of the exact product that he is ordering.

    Perhaps the person would like to explain to us in no uncertain terms why they didn't research their purchase before the purchase?

      I will take this in a good way to better my website and make sure it is easier to use and have less confusion.

      This guy must have been burnt before and taking it out on me.
      I take pride in being a very honest seller, I would never sell something that I did not Believe in myself. I have to test everything before I sell them.

      I love helping people, and at the same time, I can make a little money.

      I let things bother me, and feel like maybe I did something wrong.

        Selling things on the internet can be very difficult at times. Here is my view on it. This was a test case for you. If you have one customer who's got a problem trying to figure out what the difference is between two specials, try and keep it really simple.

        Take a picture of each special and allow the potential customer to click on an image to see it larger.

        Allow them to see that one special will not have a way to connect it to a window while another will.

        Even then you will still run into problems, but I think a visual representation will help you a lot more than trying to describe it in words.

          sorry wrong email to the wrong person i am fighting with some moron from ebay with parts i got fro my wifes lap top if i find time i will send them back on monday if that offer is still good if not i will get them in the mail fro tuesday please let me know thanks
