    This is a pic of my son Seth, I was into the University to pay the guys and they were in the weight room so I snapped a pic..

    I think it would be every business owners dream to one day pass on his/her business to their children.

    How do you think it is best to go about getting kids involved with a family business? How do you think is best to keep them interested in it and create their own internal fire to succeed?

    Do you find this is something that is very difficult to instill into children? A first generation business owner usually has to fight tooth and nail to get their business started. If the business becomes successful, the second generation will grow up with the benefits of an already profitable business and that could quite possibly kill any drive to take it and run with it to a new level.
