      30 hours. That is if I am understanding your question as meaning that Mower A and Mower B are both mowing straight for 10 hours just to complete the park.

            Yep, 30 hours.

            B is 2/3 of 10
            A is 1/3 of 10
            multiply A/3 by 3 to get 1A
            you have to do the same to the other side of the equation
            10 x 3 = 30

            A=30
