Hi I am new to this site but I have been mowing going on 4yrs by myself (started at 16 now 20) but just thought I would let you know that I started out using my parents trailer 5x10 tilt tractor mower. But after two years of that I split a zero turn (48' scag) with my parents and then purchased my own 5x10 in '05. And now this year this is what I have grown to...I now have the same 48' 2 shindiawa trimmers 1old and the other bought in '07, a 22' push mower lawnboy, and bought just recently a 61' scag zero turn. All sitting on a 6.5ft x 16ft trailer, that I am pulling with my 2000 s-10 reg. cab 2x4. The bigger truck should now be coming in the next few months.

You have a fantastic set up and it's awesome you are able to park it indoors! Nice job!

Are you all set with equipment for a while or is there more on your wish list?

Well steve the only thing i can think of right now is some advertising material, a logo, things like that. Im trying to get all that stuff done in the next 2-3weeks to get ahead of some people, but i haven't made it to far yet.

Well for seasons they are expensive and all but it does depend on when you buy them I just bought the 61" 3weeks ago on sale ($600 cheaper) but as you and every one else know you'll get what you pay for and I have never put any money into my 48" which is about 4yrs old. I have used a John Deere, Dixie Chopper and now I own 2 scags, and will never drive anything else, i highly recomend them.

Andrew, I think what Rob was trying to say is that you've done well for only having been in business for 4 years. .....and I agree!

                    Hi Andrew,

Are you going to be experimenting with any alternative marketing ideas this year? Like sponsoring a kids sports team? Or anything out of the norm to get attention for your business?

Do you mean the advertisement text wording? Were any of the free samples able to help you structure how you want your flyer to look?

Good setup! Hope you do good in 2008. As far as advertisment check out Plan-it Gaphics up top on the right they have decent prices. Well good lucky to you.

                            Thanks jeff for the complements.

Actually steve the designs for some of the door hangers did kind of catch my eye on designs. And actually steve I don't have any idea what direction I want to go with any of my advertising. I have been working on making up some kind of logo first and then working around that.
