How are the magnets distributed? How many were sent out?
the magnets get distrubuted though the henry county businesses in town. I think each business has about 100 and people grab them to take home, also i think more get sent out to the businesses every quater of the year, and get sent out to homes and such.
i thought i would ask also, do u happen to have a pressure washer flyer, like u have for the lawn care for selling homes.
I have been trying to find letters to send to realtors about pressure washing peoples homes that are trying to sell, to help them sell faster so they could have that newer/cleaner look for the potintal buyer
Quote[/b] (Team Gopher @ Nov. 01 2007,9:30)]There is a link at the top of the page for customer letters but if they dont work, what would you suggest doing differently? What would you like said in the letter?
Quote[/b] (Team Gopher @ Nov. 01 2007,9:41)]I didn't find one there. Is there anything in specific you would want the letter to say?
there is so much to put in the letter, but it is similar to the lawncare flyer , when customer or someone is selling a home,i am going to have to do a search for it again
this is what someone told me in a pressure washing forum. Was going to see if this was a good idea. see below

Instead of giving $50 off, get a competition going within the real estate office. The realtor that books the most cleanings in a quarter gets a dinner for two or their own house washed or something. Sometimes it's less costly to give something away for free than to offer a discount. Think about it
