Well perhaps I am spoiled then. I have a compost site that I and many other landscapers use to get rid of their compost and brush. The site is a large local landscape material supplier. He chips the brush for cheap mulch, composts all the compostable materials and screens the fill we all bring in. He then refines it and sells it back to the public and the very landscapers that brought it in.
Storage shouldn't matter as they are collecting free materials to refine and resell.
