    I found this customer rating section on a lco's web site in my area.

    I think this is a good idea. Except the bad ratings are on there to. Maybe thats to show how honest they are?

    Would you put one that shows everyones thoughts on your site?

    I don't think I would want to do it. Because ultimately you want to put your best face forwards.

      I agree. I think testimonials are the best. I try to always make sure my customers are happy with the service I provide.
      That must be a bigger company and its probably hard to have one on one customer service once you get bigger to make sure everyone is happy.
      Seems like some people you can't make happy though no matter what. I had one of those and she finally cancelled a month ago.

        Maybe one day you are super busy and you don't get back to someone who calls for an estimate, then the person might get on your site and say 'they never returned my call.'

        It just wouldn't be an ideal reflection of your company.
