  • Entering your property dimensions?

Have you ever seen a website where a customer could enter their porperty dimensions and then have a price shown?

Is that a good idea or no?

Are you talking about lawn maintenance? I have seen websites of where they use plot books or online tax info to determine the price.

That is pretty high tech! I'd love to know how they automatically access such information!

              Now that is sweet.

I have a few questions for you.

              1. What do you think the benefit is of having a drop down box vs. just a grid of listing the lot size and price?

              2. Have you ever shown up to a property and the customer expected one price but you needed to charge another due to certain factors? How did you handle that?

I just think the drop down is more integrated and neater looking then a grid style display.

honestly i built the website and it's my friends company so im not sure if anyone filled out info that didn't match their yard but im sure you can clear it up in simple communication.

Oh, so you design websites? There always seems to be someone on here who needs a website made.

Do you landscape at all or no?

I used to own a fertilizing franchise, I sold it back to the company and now do networking, websites and computer repair.
