  • Review of our lawn care websites.

    Hi Everyone,

We're a website provider based in Tampa, FL and are starting to offer affordable websites for lawn care companies. I'd like you to look at our first few templates that will be available in the near future and provide your feedback.

The sites are simple, yet professional and can be customized by the owner of the site.

    First template: http://dev.test.templates.lawnlinewebsites.com/

    Second template: http://dev.test2.templates.lawnlinewebsites.com/

All feedback, praise or criticism is welcome.

Side note, those sites are on our development environment, meaning they will load slower (especially on the first load) than the final production sites.

    Thanks!
    Tony

I like the second better than the first. The Call to Action is more prominent and is the first thing you see in the second one. Also, I think the menu is too wide on the first one and the background image is nice at the top, but when you scroll to the bottom it is a Walker. Nothing against Walkers, but what if I ran eXmark or Scag? I would want the picture to be something more generic.

          Hope this helps

Thanks for your feedback! In regards to the photos, they are stock photos that come pre-populated in the website. We recommend to each site owner that they change out the photos with their own using the admin back end that comes with the website.
