  • Html Forms

I would like to create a form for my website, but I am unsure of which method to use.

I would also like to know how to have the contents of the form submit to my email address.

Does anyone have a working script?

Cheese, I can send you the link to the contact us form on my site. Www.northshorelawn.com. It's on the contact us tab.

I will have to do it when I get home. It was real easy though I just dropped the code in and there was a .php file I had to add in my email address. Works great.

switch to a php based portal system and install a contact addon.

classic html form submission relies on the ability to send mail (email) from the server.

I would prefer something that isn't watermarked, ya know?

I don't want any links to form building websites, it's a peeve of mine, or arousal - I just don't know yet.

Today is my first day back at work (if i get out of bed), its been wet for a week lol. Dammit, why did I stay up late last night... blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I use this on my site, works fantastic, you can design a form anyway you want and get html code for the form for your website. Then when a customer files it out it gets sent to your email addy. Oh and did I mention its FREE!

I suppose I have no choice.

I really want something that I have full control over, not a form host... Even if I took out their watermark, their site holds all the main code no?

Yes, you can change it and get new code as often as you want. I don't have a watermark on my forms, not sure what you mean by that. Check my site and see if that will work for you. Like I said you can build it to what your needs are. I have 3 on the site, customer satisfaction survey, request a quote and a job application form as well.
