  • Error message

    When I try to print jobs for a selected day, I get and error message that says, "there is no disc in the drive" and when I hit cancel it goes to the print page anyway. Thanks.

    Does the error only occur when you go to print jobs?
    Can you print any other reports successfully?
    Have you tried restarting your system?
    Which version # of Gopher are you running?

      Yes the error only occurs when I try to print jobs. The jobs still print after I click cancel or close on the error message.
      Other reports seem to print fine.
      I have restarted my system but will try it again.
      I am running version # 3.2.17
      Keep in mind, I am still using the trial version. Thanks again.

        Can you try following the steps at:

        Does that eliminate the error?
