    ok, I have a bid back signed that I gave earlier in the spring. It is for a complete service, fert/mulch/mow/weeds/hedges every service we offer
    now, I quoted them the total price for the year, and a monthly price (yearly divided by 8 april to november) when I bill them should it just be a bill stating "April services ####" or should I list every service that was performed and have them all set to $0, how do I do this. It seems easy when you are billing for mowing by the month, but this is more confusing.

      Well is there a way to show what services we performed on which date and still bill them the auto-bill way?

        Well, you might want to schedule those jobs in and then bill the customer $0.00 for that. Then use the autobilling to create the monthly contract line item.
