  • where do you sign for the contracts?

    I have another question. Where do you set up your contracts so your customers can sign them? I can't find this.

    The contract feature is used when you are going to charge a customer a flat rate fee each month regardless of how often you service them that month. It has a begin and end date.

    You wouldn't use the contract feature to present your customers with something to sign. What you would do is use the estimate feature.

    Create a new estimate, enter all line items and estimate description, then you can print the estimate out and have your customer sign that to accept the proposal.
