    These are the stats for tonight!!
    it went from 5 to 8 with 6 scheduled apts. to price out easy jobs
    and 1 big job that unfortunetly i wont be able to handle it. its a complete landscape design for a million dollar house
    so if anyone is in the ri or mass area that would like to price out the big job.....

      of course

      you always will!! lol

      i got 2 that said there were on dnc list!!

      but it was scrubbed 2 hrs before i dialed...

      there werent on there

      they just wanted to yell


      when i did it for mortgages there would swear threaten me !!!

      no big deal i just hang up... they cant see where the call is coming from anyways

              Well that is just awesome! How much time does it take to set this up?

              Also do you experiment with two different outgoing messages to see which one pulls in the most follow ups?

                Excellent use of technology! I imagine if you land 2, maybe even just 1 client it will have paid for itself. Good job.

                Have you considered doing a follow-up message? Statistics show you'll get even more responses with a second message to the same list.

                I'll be very interested to hear about your overall results.

                    First off, I would say something to the effect it's the 2nd time you're trying to reach them. Reiterate the offer you made in the previous message, in this case the free estimate. Just tell them the reason you're calling is because you'd hate for them to miss out on the opportunity to get XX (the benefits of your offer).

                    I'd add some type of element that creates some urgency to get them to pick up the phone and call, something that was missing from the first message.

                    Overall, I'd keep the message similar to the first one, but tell them you're contacting them a second time to help them understand you're serious about getting them to take you up on your offer.

                        okay a little bit more on the autodialer....

                        first i get my list from a list broker
                        thers tons out there
                        some are good
                        somesuck
                        and some rob you

                        i use nationwide prospects... if anyone wants the info ill be happy to post it. she is great and has decent prices for the quality of data

                        2 you can buy an autodialer from 4 lines to 24 lines or higher.

                        some are cheap and some are expensive!!!

                        cheap things arent good and good things arent cheap!!!

                        i have a 20 line autodialer that i bought and it works great!

                        the only downfall the phonebill becomes a factor.
                        24 lines constanly dialing!!$$$$$&#0 36;$$$$$

                        3 you can use online services

                        tese also work great and dont require anything except to sign up.
                        only problem with voicebraodcasting online is that its voip service.

                        sometimes theres static or drop calls.... but not much

                        over all i think any business could be started with this method!!!

                        im avg 6 estimates a day off of 2400 to 4800 calls a day!!

                        ive actually picked up so many jobs that im brokering out my jobs for 10% finders fee!!

                        and im keeping just the grass jobs

                          What kind of phone line do you have running into your office? Do you simply have 20 phone lines or how does that work?

                          What does it cost to run such a system?

                          I think a lawn care operator would be very interested in such information.
