    Can workers that you get leave you and work for a competitor?

    Do you mean workers you get on H2B?

    I don't know if they legally can, but what's to stop them though? They just might not care about legal issues and do what ever they want.

      Yes- I read in one of the trade magazines that they can't go to work elsewhere, however after speaking to someone from one of the firms that administers these workers they said YES they could leave. Then why would I want to hire them and have them go elsewhere. Afte I pay 1500.00+ for each and they leave?.

        It would be interesting to hear one of these firms views on this topic.

        But I have a feeling this is one of those dirty little secrets they won't share with you.

          I actually spoke to one company today and the company rep-" said oh, they can leave you." Thats why I am asking and checking here, because I don't see the edge for these comapnies or workers then.
