    Direct From Dell
    By Michael Dell

How many of you reading this have bought a Dell computer in the past? If you haven't, you most likely have received one of their famous direct to consumer catalogs.
Did you know the company was started by an 18 year old named Micheal Dell, in 1984? The company first came to life when he started selling computers he put together from his college dorm room at the University of Texas at Austin.
How much did it cost him to get his company started? He invested $1000.00. In 2002 his company had sales of $31.2 billion dollars. That is BILLION.
I know some of you out there would like to create a company this large too. Pick up this book online or at your local book store and get some insight into how Michael did it!
