  • Service Contract

    When a customer signs a contract for service for say a weekly cut only, and then decides to drop you, would you reccomend trying to hold them to the contract? Or letting them go and losing their revenue and business too?

    if you can fill the spot you aint losing revenue. you dont want anyone that dont want you. if you really wanna go after them id figure it out based on how much the rest of the contract was worth.
    how much you figure they owe you?

        as long as the csutomer didnt owe me money i would cut them lose. bye bye

          It all really depends on how much the contract is worth...I have a cancellation fee (5% total contract price) that covers any administration fee's. But if it is just a $30.00 per cut client...I'll let them walk.

          Our main purpose of the contract is to have a clear understanding on what the price protects yourself and the client.

          If a client does not like your services or just wants out, it is better to let them go than rather fighting it out...word of mouth travells fast!!!
