  • WHICH TO FILE AS?

Looking at filing in my state, but unsure which is best for this industry. Any suggestions? I was looking mostly at the LLC as it affords what is needed I believe, however, it is costlier than the S Corp., which also offers a lot of what I think I need. I have a family owned company.

LLC is DEFINATELY the way to go...

If you're not LLC and something EVER happens, not only can they sue your company, if there's not enough in the company to satisfy their claim, they can go after your personal assets as well.
