  • Waiver of liability form, anyone have one?

    I need a waiver of liability form for a customer that I have. Anyone have one or know where I can get one?

      a customer had someone powerwash his deck and it is not entirely down to the wood, he said he would sign a waiver after I expressed to him that I really did not want to do the job. I am afraid if we stain it as is, which is what he wants, that the stain may not take. I want to make it clear if we do this for him, that we will not be held responsible for the finished look.

        Can you experiment on a smaller section to see if he can get the results he wants?

        If not, can it be sanded down to create a good base to re-stain it?
