Do you see this as something you would use? Would it be beneficial and a good business investment? Or would you rather just rent storage space?

Officials endorse 'business bungalow' (http://www.jsonline.com/story/index.aspx?id=419002) - Two brothers who are Madison real estate agents hope to bring a new concept to Waukesha for small-business owners who have outgrown their garages: "business bungalows."

Brothers Michael and Doug Braun of Madison are proposing to build a dozen 2,500-square-foot buildings on about 2.8 acres along the east side of Tesch Court.

The tenants they have in mind are small, independent contractors, such as painters or carpenters, or people who need storage for boats or exotic cars.

A similar development of business bungalows, built recently in the Madison area, has drawn an upholstery business, a ballroom dancing school and an Internet sales company.

But the tenants of business bungalows don't lease the space; they own it, sharing the costs of snow removal and lawn care through a condominium-like arrangement.
