Using flyer templates

ok i found a flyer template that I would like to use. My problem is that it is just a thumbnail view so I can not download it. How do you use these templates? The one I am looking for right now is on the second pages of templates near the bottom and it is "free-fall-flyer-150-dpi-b&w.gif" any help would be appreciated.

yes, that is the one.

That is the full file, sometimes depending on your browser, if you click on it, it will get larger.

Then you could use a graphic program to edit it.
