What Other Services Should I Offer My Customers???

I Just Do The Basics; mow edge and blow. I want to make more $$$ so what else should i offer? Like power washing....? What else

There is good money in PEM (pruning, edging and mulching). I use an edging shovel (http://www.amleo.com/index/item.cgi?cmd=view&Words=ks12) to dig a nice deep edge. Then I prune and clean up the clippings and edgings up and then mulch. I do it in that order so that the mulch covers up any clippings left behind.

My charge is $30/hour but I'm fast.

Gutter cleaning is soooo easy. Use your blower and just your hands. Takes 5 min to do an average house(single story). I blow them out before I mow and then clean up is a breeze.
