This is an add on service I can see picking up in the green industry. More and more of these companies are cropping up. Have you considered offering such a service? How many of your customers have pets they need cleaning up after?

Pet Butler, Nation's Top Pet Waste Cleanup Service, Opens Office In Charleston (http://www.franchisewire.com/article.php?id=745&ILG_franchisewire_usersession=802ae5d73a761980466c d5071123c959) - Pet Butler charges a small per-visit fee to collect dog and cat waste, carry it away, and dispose of it properly. Whether in yards or in public spaces, accumulated domestic animal waste can ruin lawns and present a significant source of water pollution.

The Orlacchios’ Pet Butler operation offers weekly and twice-weekly pickup services to pet owners in Charleston, North Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Goose Creek, Awendaw, and the surrounding areas.

Gregory Orlacchio, who has three decades of service business experience, said a Pet Butler franchise appealed to him because it offers another opportunity to build a successful operation, as he did with a lawn care business in New Jersey. He started that business by himself and over the course of 29 years, built it into a 10-employee operation serving 1,200 homes. He sold the lawn care business to a Fortune 500 company, and the Orlacchios and their family have recently moved from New Jersey to Charleston.

“Pet Butler gives me the chance to approach lawn care from a little different angle,” Orlacchio said. “As someone who knows lawns, I have seen the damage that accumulated dog droppings can do to them. With our Pet Butler service clearing the way, so to speak, our customers can enjoy much more attractive and healthy yards.”

Check out their site www.petbutler.com.

They have a lot of great marketing ideas. For instance this fridge magnet. You could do something like this for your company. http://www.petbutler.com/pbx/_gfx/cvr_magnet.jpg
