shrinking digital pictures of

hi
i found a REO provider and they need pictures of the yards cut so the bank pays them.my digital camera wont take pictures with less than 102kb but the bank requires the pix to be less than 100kb and more than 70 kb.also the pictures have to be no greater than 640kb x 480 pixels.how can i shrink my digital pictures from 102kb to less than 100kb? GUYS PLEASE HELP ME???????

Have you played around with opening them in a graphics program and then saving them as a gif file format? That also should compress them pretty good.

Microsoft has an image resizer I use almost daily. Simple right click and thats all. It adds right to the right click menu.

Just look for the image resizer and click it.

I use Microsoft's image resizer too. It's a great tool. I really like that it will shrink each picture within an entire folder. Quick work.
