My name is Kyle and I live in Southaven Mississippi. This year a friend and I decided to begin a small lawn care company. We are working out of a cargo van and as of now all we have are two push mowers and two weedeaters. I was wandering if some of you guys could help me figure out a good way to price lawns. Also are there other services that we could offer that would require little money to get started and make good profits? As of now all we do is mow, weedeat, and edge.

It sounds like you are off to a great start already.

You could consider shooting for $40 - $60 per hour. Experiment cutting some lawns. See how long they take you and try to hit that dollar range. Also keep your eyes open for what your competitors are charging.
