Irv Gotti, is the CEO and founder of The Inc Records. In this video he discusses the numerous tasks, both glamorous and menial, that a label head must perform in order to keep an enterprise afloat.

It's quite fascinating and I think the lessons from it does apply to lawn care. In the video he talks about how he does many different jobs within his organization including sales. When an album is released the work is not over. He then gets on the phone and calls radio station programming directors to try and get them to play his music. Then he travels to visit chain stores like Walmart to try and get them to sell his albums.

Does this make you think of how involved you need to be in order to find higher levels of success?
