What part of your business do you feel needs the greatest amount of improvement? How important is it to you to resolve that?

I need to get better organized. Better time management, better office management, and better records management. I'm thinking of using a service for payrole, tax records, tax reporting.
I need more room! I will have to build another shed to store all the equipment and supplys I am accumulating.
I need more computer related experience and knowlegs.
I want to accept credit cards. I think I will sign up for PayPal invoiceing.
I'n going to need more help (employees).
Better organization will lead to more customers and better care of those customers.
