Submitting the RSS feed of your blog is essential to "getting out the word" and getting free one way back links. If somebody knows a more complete list, please share!

Wordpress comes with 1 rss site? I think? Why is it that they only have one? Why not include a larger list?

I guess technically every post is a different feed, but you basically have one RRS URL that appends the title of your lastest post to it.
These sites are RSS directories that you want to get listed in. It's like saying "the content you want is over here, come check it out."
