Have you seen these garage makeovers? It seems people will pay quite a lot of money for them. I think this will be huge. What do you think?
CNN (http://money.cnn.com/2006/04/10/pf/goodlife_fortune/index.htm) - "It's a room that is really coming into its own," says Steve D'Gerolamo, owner of Ultimate Garage, a northern N.J. company that specializes in high-end garage makeovers. "It's kind of like the man's kitchen."

What a nice set up.

That's one nice set up they have going on there! That's for the rich man with lots of money to play, that dyno set up they have is huge money in itself.
That might be a thing to do around here, NE Ohio has a huge muscle car following, the market would be smaller though since the price tag would be so much.

Maybe this will give you ideas. You never know which way you might direct your business in the future.

One of my secret adds ons that I want to do as not only a hobby, but a side venture, is golf carts. Custom make golf carts

Why that? Tell us more of your thoughts on this. Is there a local golf course nearby?

It really won't be for the golf course, home owners. There are so many lakes and cottages around here where people use golf carts to drive around. Also, everyone up here are snow birds, and when they go to Florida, Arizona, or Texas for the winter months, they live in communities down there where they drive around in golf carts all the time.

That is a great idea. WHat about servicing the carts as well?
04-17-2006, 04:42 PM
I was thinking about that. My main thing was doing customization of the carts though.

What would it take to get started and try it out?
