Here is a page from Donny Deutch, host of the tv show The Big Idea.
I think these are very important lessons to learn if you want to grow.

In a way, I think everyone has alittle of the "if you want it done right do it yourself" in them. And it's somewhat true, because we all know how employee's treat equipment and don't have the same drive or dedication as an owner would.
But I've come to realize, that one day I will need a general manager and other administrative staff, I won't be needed for every little thing. I'm ok with that, and I feel that's the only way you can get to be a good sized business.

That is a very good reflection! It's important for all of us to realize if you want growth you have to let go at times.
You can't be a control freak.
Too many business owners are control freaks. If you want to beat them, you have to reflect on yourself and work on this behavior.

After reading this, has it effected your outlook on things? Do you see yourself doing things differently next time or no?
