how do you charge for trimming shrubs?

hey i was just wandering how you charge for trimming shrubs. i was throwing around a few ideas and a few opinions would be great. thanks!

depending on the size of the job either by the hour or 4 dollars per small shrub or 6 dollars per medium shrub

We figure on $60 per man hour for shrub trimming.
I have an excel document spreadsheet that calculates shrub trimming based on various sizes of shrubs, adds a certain amount for setup and cleanup and allows you to change your hourl rate, etc.
