Renewal Letter ?

Wondering if anyone on the board has a renewal letter that is sent to customers when coming up on the end of the service month/year? Contract renewal letter etc. Calling them is great and have done that but also would like something clearer to send out. Any help would be great.

Thanks Steve. Just what i was looking for but could not get the words out right. lol I will make some changes and see how it looks and repost if i can. Always a great help ! Thank you.:)
