Just stopping in to say hi.
I like the site.
Alot of information here.
I started my company last year. I bought out some college guys that were moving. They had about sixteen accounts in a neighborhood. I've built it up to about 45 including two shopping centers I've acquired due to one of the customers involved in the purchase. Been a great investment. I've increased my monthly revenue from about $1900 per month to about $7900 in the first year without spending a dollar in advertising. Word of mouth seems to be the best advertisement.

Were you able to gain the commercial accounts because of a customer who was a residential account first?

Can you give everyone a little advice on the differences you have found with residential vs. commercial accounts? How show they construct a bid for a commercial account?

When you created your bid, looking back now, would you have done anything differently?
