Are you using a laptop in your work truck or are you considering it?

I have a laptop now that I use for mostly business, I've been taking it with me on estimates, but I'd like to get a wireless mini printer and have a printer in the truck so I can have more professional looking estimates. My hand writing is horrible so a printed estimate would be a big help for me.

Once the season start I'm thinking I'll get a stand and a printer and take it with me daily.

Do you have your laptop mounted at all?

Right now no, I was going to get a mount from ebay, they have them on there for 20-30 dollars. They're like the ones cops use in their cars. Right now I just have a case and set it on the seat next to me when I'm using it.

Where will you be mounting the printer and what type are you looking into getting?

Here is one I found. I know a lot of you reading this are good at manufacturing things too, maybe this will give you ideas.

Printer will go behind the passenger seat, I remember looking under the seat and its open with a metal piece on the floor so it seems like the paper would be able to shoot out under the seat on the floor infront of the seat.

I thought about getting a cheap printer off ebay, I can't remember the ones I was looking at, I want to keep it under $150.
