Hello I am needing some help in coming up with hopefully the right thing to say to real estate agents to help promote my lawn care business.

I am thinking something like a letter asking that they refer me or maybe even maintain the properties they have on the market

another idea I have to pitch is get the real estate agent to purchase a years contract for us to maintain the property and when the house sells at closing they could let the new home owners know they have a one year free of lawn care......

just some ideas

Thank you,
Lawn Groomers

There are a bunch of things you can offer.

Check out this flyer. (http://www.gophergraphics.com/images/free-lawn-care-for-1-year.odt)

Here is another post to check out (http://www.gopherforum.com/showthread.php?t=1637).

Another good post. (http://www.gopherforum.com/showthread.php?t=5790)

Another idea (http://www.gopherforum.com/showthread.php?t=235).

A property inspection service for realtors (http://www.gopherforum.com/showthread.php?t=7955).

What do you think of these so far?

Steve,
Thank you for the resources I was unable to open the first flyer image and I am going to contact the real estate agent that sold us our print facility and other project and see how it goes from there

Thank you,
Dave

Dave the first flyer is in open office format. You can download open office for free at openoffice.org.

Let us know how it goes with the real estate agent. I'd love to hear what you tried and what works or doesn't.

I am looking forwards to it.

There are many different ways you can go about trying to market to real estate agents and I am sure we have yet to truly scratch the surface.
