Are you a control freak?

If so, do you feel your business benefits or is hurt by this behavior?

Yes, I am a major control freak. Yes, it hurts my business sometimes, while other times if helps it greatly.

By me being the control freak everything is right my way I always feel, and so it is hard to accept new ideas. But sometimes by having that control the business has a better sense of direction and what I am exactly looking for and expect every day, every hour, every minute

Theoretically how do you think this effects your ability to give your crew chiefs some level of autonomy? And is that important or not?
